PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF OUR PRODUCTS

1. MINIMUM OF PARTICIPANTS

The price is based on a minimum number of people which has been previously informed by the client and published on our website. If it changes, the agency reserves the right to modify its price and inform the client with a minimum of 20 calendar days prior to the departure of the trip.
Once the new price has been accepted, the client must pay the difference that may result, in any case, prior to the start of the services. Any modification requested by the Traveler in the itinerary or provision of services, may give rise to the modification of the price.
If the completion of the combined trip requires the participation of a minimum of people previously notified to the traveler and, for some reason, that minimum is not reached, the Agency may cancel the contracted services and reimburse the traveler the total of the payments that he has made. , in accordance with current regulations, informing the consumer with the following advance:
1. ° 20 calendar days before the start of the combined trip in the case of trips of more than 6 days,
2. ° 7 calendar days before the start of the combined trip in the case of trips between 2 and 6 days in duration,
3. 48 hours before the start of the combined trip in the case of trips of less than 2 days,
Having as the sole obligation, at the Traveler’s choice, the reimbursement of the amounts paid or the realization of another combined trip of equivalent or higher quality whenever the organizer or retailer can propose it.

2. RESERVATIONS AND ASSIGNMENT

The traveler may assign the package travel contract to a person who meets all the conditions applicable to that contract.

3. RESOLUTION, CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CONSUMER AND THE ORGANIZER

The art. 160 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, establishes that at any time prior to the commencement of the package trip, the Traveler may terminate the contract in which case the organizer, or, where appropriate, the retailers may require him to pay a penalty. that is adequate and justifiable. The contract may specify a reasonable standard penalty based on the anticipation of the termination of the contract with respect to the commencement of the package trip and on the cost savings and expected income from the alternative use of travel services. In the absence of a standard penalty, the amount of the penalty for termination of the contract will be equal to the price of the trip combined minus cost savings and income from alternative use of travel services. The organizer or, where appropriate, the retailer must provide the Traveler who requests it with a justification of the amount of the penalty.
The organizer and, where appropriate, the retailer may cancel the contract and reimburse the Traveler for all the payments that he has made, but will not be responsible for any additional compensation, if the organizer is unable to perform the contract due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and the cancellation is notified to the Traveler without undue delay before the commencement of the package trip.

4. PAYMENTS

Once all the services published as included in the package have been confirmed in writing to the client or, where appropriate, those explicitly requested by the client, the following payment policy will apply:
• 30% of the total upon confirmation of services.
• The remaining 70%, 15 days before the day of departure of the trip.

5. METHOD OF PAYMENT

6. CANCELLATIONS

Regardless of the expenses that the service providers associated with the combined trip may apply, which will be mandatory for the client, the following cancellation costs will be applied if the client desists from the scheduled trip once it has been confirmed:
• 30% of the total fifteen days before the departure of the trip.
• 100% of the total one week before the departure of the trip.
• Exception:
o The bicycles and services rented through the Rent a Bike.com website have their own cancellation conditions.
